Linoleum
Recommended use
Placement

Printable linoleum is made of polyester fabric coated with a layer of PVC. Ideal for floor graphics and advertising. Linoleum has a non-slip finish. It can be formatted manually, on hand cutters and, with regard to the required size, also on board plotters. Due to the fact that it can be printed from the front (stress) side, it is more suitable for short-term or medium-term applications (eg exhibitions, theater, film, representation spaces, etc.).
Printing
Latex, UV, Solvent, Eco-solvent
Warnings and recommendations
Printable linoleum can be laid in the same way as classic PVC flooring . The base for laying must be prepared according to the expected time of application and load. It is heavy enough and usually just needs to be supported. It is not necessary to tap it. Linoleum copies the substrate. The durability of the material is comparable to standard softened PVC lines. Linoleum does not need to be laminated, however, the print stability can be extended several times by using liquid lamination. The adhesion and stability of the print is mainly influenced by the type of print used and the ink used. The best results are obtained with UV and latex, but this is not necessarily the rule. Lamination must be selected / requested from the supplier of inks or printing machines.
