Thanks to the sandwich design and lower thermal expansion, the material is dimensionally stable and therefore suitable for larger signs in the exterior and interior. The core is made of dark polyethylene, both outer layers are aluminum.
The edges are very clean and straight. After creating a V-groove or partial milling, it is possible to bend the board and thus create 3D boxes, etc., but it is necessary to choose a board with a thicker aluminum layer.
Thanks to the perfectly smooth surface, it is suitable for direct printing. Washable, excellent weather resistance.
The offer includes white-raw variants, white-white, matt and glossy, or in a scratched aluminum design, but also in various colours. In the case where direct printing is not preferred, it is possible to stick the boards with self-adhesive foil or cut graphics. Available in many formats according to the specific manufacturer.

Warnings and recommendations

When using an aluminum sandwich board, it is necessary follow the manufacturer's instructions for machining and installing the boards. Improperly selected material thickness or strength of aluminum sheet can complicate further processing or installation. For example, a poorly selected thickness of the aluminum layer (too thin a layer) can crack after partial milling and subsequent bending. Improper handling can cause the board to twist.
